This new phone service application enables the use of your cell phone to make and receive calls, and view your voicemail for your UNC phone number. This is a valuable application for users that are mobile and are not able to easily make or receive calls at their desk phone or Desktop (PC/Mac) Communicator application. This is an optional service and will need to be requested through Voice Services.

It is important to note that there are two versions of this application; one to be used on iPhone and another for Android phones.

For mobile calling on iPhone and apple devices, install the UC-One Connect Evaluation application from the Apple App Store.

For mobile calling on Android devices, install UC-One Connect By Broadsoft from the Play Store.

Before downloading the UC-One Connect Evaluation or UC-One Connect By Broadsoft applications, it is strongly recommended to update the default password which is provided in the welcome email that was sent a few weeks before your phone line was upgraded. If you need to change the default password, or if you have forgotten your password, please follow instructions to reset it here. If you do not have this information or cannot reset your password, please submit a ticket that includes your phone number to Voice Services.
