Downloading and Installing PING
Locate the Download at:
https://clearspancloud.com/software-and-applications/
- Select the appropriate desktop application for Windows, Mac (Intel Based) or Linux.
NOTE: If you are using a silicon based Mac, you will need to install this download.- Select the executable file.
- Select Sign-In.
- Enter the custom config domain provided to UNC: uncch.clearspanuc.com
- *DO NOT ENTER* Username and Password at Sign in.
- SELECT “Continue with SAML”.

UNC has enabled single sign-on (SSO) for authentication with PING.

- Enter ONYEN and password or Carolina Key Sign In.
- Select “Continue”.
- Ping is now activated and you have arrived at the home page.
Using the browser on the mobile device, locate the download at:
https://clearspancloud.com/software-and-applications/

Scan the applicable QR Code below.
- Complete the download.
- Open the app and select “Enter custom config domain”.
- Enter the custom config domain provided to UNC: ping.uncch.clearspanuc.com

- SELECT “Sign In with SAML”.

- Select “Continue”.
- Ping is now activated.
- If the app asks for permission to access your microphone, select *ALLOW*.
- If you deny permission to access the microphone of the mobile device, callers will not be able to hear you.
- If you denied permission during setup, you can turn on the microphone by going to settings and finding the PING app.

Open Browser and go directly to:

- No download required.
- PING has been certified with Google Chrome.
- Other common browsers work but have not been certified.
Go to Desktop for instructions on how to sign-in with Single-Sign on (SSO).
